Fried Cauliflower - Another one from 'I quit sugar"

A quickie from me for this weeks 52 foods.

Simply amazing. 

We ate it two days in a row - day one: No chicken but added mushrooms and bacon as we had some to use up. Day two - just added bacon.  Yes - we often buy mushys with good intentions. Then don't quite get to eating them and they need to be urgently used up.

As a side note - I didn't enjoy it reheated. Nothing else to add -  it was simply sensational.
